过去两年民众被骗到柬埔寨沦为猪仔一事，已引发广泛关注，现今多数人已知是诈骗集团设下的求职陷阱，不再上当，没想到跨国诈团再出邪招，以媒介异国婚姻、假结婚当人头抽佣等名目，诱骗国人赴泰后，再押至缅国沦为“缅甸猪仔”或勒索赎金，一名中国台湾男子因此身陷泰缅边境，所幸及时呼救才脱险；台北市警局刑事干员循线逮捕廖姓印尼籍新住民及3名同伙，4人均遭收押，警方正扩大追查全案。
台北市警方调查，47岁廖女去年8月接获代号“伦”的男子指示，只要成功诱骗一人到泰国，便可获得25万台币酬金。于是她透过昔日合作过的陈姓、黄姓、许姓车手揽客，以30到40岁男子为目标，以介绍他们参加媒介年轻泰国新娘的“相亲团”，到泰国面对面相亲，或是聘请他们赴泰国假结婚赚佣金为借口，将其引诱出境。
据称，这是诈团见高薪出国工作的老招失效之后，推出诱骗“猪仔”的新手法，先把人骗到泰国，再带到缅国交给诈团强迫从事机房工作。
跨国诈团再出新招，诱骗国人假结婚出境再掳至缅甸当猪仔，警方循线逮捕廖姓印尼籍新住民及3名同伙，4人均被收押。
32岁王男以为真的是去相亲，去年11月前往泰国清迈，未料刚下机，就有3名男子将他带离，离开机场后的路径愈走愈偏僻，才惊觉已被带到泰缅边境，他忍到过海关时，突然大声呼救引起边境人员注意，才得以脱困。
王男辗转返台后报案，警方循线到桃园、新北市逮捕4嫌，他们称在面子书社团认识“伦”，辩称自己只是介绍人，未参与诈骗、也未取得报酬。警方询后依人口贩运、妨害自由等罪移送新北地检署侦办。
